Return and refund policy

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RD Cosmetic does not accept returns or exchanges of opened, unsealed or used merchandise. We accept returns or will exchange any product that is damaged, defective or does not correspond to your order. Return costs are at your expense with the exception of a return of a damaged, defective product or one that does not correspond to your order.

All returned items must be in their original condition with the original packaging, and they must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date with your order number. Delivery charges will not be refunded or credited.

Any products that arrive damaged, defective, or do not match your order must be reported to RD Cosmetic within 48 hours of delivery. We will not issue a refund or provide a replacement for products outside of this time frame.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN BY MAIL FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?

Simply follow the returns procedure below to make a return.

2) Ship the item to be returned and send us your tracking number.
Please note that depending on the amount of your return, it may be a good idea to opt for insurance with the carrier or to ensure that there is an amount of insurance included with your shipping service.

ORDERS

Orders will be final and enforceable against RD Cosmetics only if all the following conditions have been met :

  • Product Availability
  • Order registration
  • Payment accepted by the online payment service
  • A summary of your order information and these Terms will be communicated to you via the e-mail address of your order.
  • The order confirmation will be worth as signature and acceptance of the transactions performed.

RD Cosmetic reserves the right not to record payment and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, especially in case of supply problems, or in case of difficulty regarding the order received.

Any modification or cancellation of the order that has become final and consequently binding the parties, requested by the customer, can only be taken into account if it has arrived in writing before the products are shipped, subject to its express acceptance by RD Cosmetic.

PRICING

Products are invoiced in accordance with the rates in effect on the day the order is accepted by RD Cosmetic.

All prices posted on the site are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping, taxes and shipping fees will be shown in your cart during the transaction. The purchase amount is payable in full and in a single instalment at the time of order. The delivery fee will be automatically calculated for Canada, for any delivery outside of Canada, please contact us by email or phone. It should be noted that all customs fees, taxes or other amounts payable for an international delivery remain the responsibility of the recipient.  

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. 

PROMOTION

Promotions cannot be paired with any other offer, coupons, bonuses. A limit of one promotion per order per customer.

PAYMENT

Orders placed on the Website can be paid for by credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD) or PayPal. We do not accept American Express cards.

The order will be shipped after verification and confirmation of the validity of the payment.

RD Cosmetic reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in the event of:

(i) existing dispute with the buyer,

(ii) non-payment of a previous order by the buyer,

(iii)  refusal of credit card payment authorization from banks or

(iii) non-payment.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

The delivery dates indicated on the order confirmation order are only an indicative value provided by the service provider, PURO or CANADA Post, as appropriate. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, with the exception of excluded public holidays. Delays in delivery and any errors or omissions in the delivered products or services rendered cannot be used as a reason for cancelling current orders, nor can they give rise to any claim of any kind (damages, withholding, etc.).  

The delivery of products is subject to the rules of the courier service provider, as well as the rules regarding the signature acknowledging receipt of the products. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for tracking and collecting products in accordance with the rules and procedures of the courier service provider.

Products may be subject to a customs tax or obtaining an import or export license. The Customer states that he is responsible for all the customs constraints and authorizations necessary for the importation of products into his territory and assumes all the financial consequences that such constraints could entail. We currently offer delivery to postal addresses and mailboxes in Canada.
